Refund policy

If our products are just not right for you, please contact our team at hello@dewyandbae.com.

Please contact us & return within 60 days of ordering to organise an exchange/refund. 

Products returned without prior notice will be rejected.

We will gladly assist with any problem including:
The product proves faulty within 60 days of receiving the product 
The product received is not the product ordered
The product has been damaged in transit

A maximum of two products can be returned that do not fall into the above categories.

Please note, we do not offer refunds on heavily used products.

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved.

The refund will be processed to the original method of payment and we recommend using a tracked service to return.

Return postage costs are not covered.

Refunds will be issued to the extent required by the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cwth) and Sale of Goods Act 1958 (Vic). No part of these terms of use is to be taken as an express or implied repudiation of our obligations under these pieces of legislation.
