Contact & return within 60 days of ordering to organise an exchange/refund. 

Please note, I do not offer refunds on heavily used, damaged products. I will notify you once your return has been received and approved. Maximum of two opened products can be returned.

The refund will be process to the original method of payment and I recommend using a tracked service to return. Postage costs are not covered.
