Refunds & Returns

 

It's not you Bae, it's me. If I am just not the bae for you, please contact my dewy team at hello@dewyandbae.com so I can make things right.

Contact me within 60 days of ordering to organise an exchange/refund.

  • Refund - if product returned is in a new, unused and resaleable condition.
  • Exchange/store credit - if product returned has been lightly sampled, opened or unwrapped.

 

Please note, I do not offer refunds on heavily used, damaged products. I will notify you once your return has been received and approved. 

The refund will be process to the original method of payment and I recommend using a tracked service to return. Return postage costs are not covered.
